How long is a typical call?
Most calls are 5-15 minutes. Quick questions take about 5 minutes. Full diagnosis calls average 10-15 minutes.
When do I pay?
You pay during the call via PayPal link we text you. Once payment is received, we provide the full diagnosis.
What if you can't diagnose my problem?
If we can't help, you don't pay. Some problems need hands-on inspection - we'll tell you honestly.
Are you real mechanics?
Yes. ASE-certified technicians with years of experience. We use Mitchell ProDemand for accurate diagnosis.
What information should I have ready?
Year, make, model, and mileage. If you have an OBD code (P0420, etc.), have that ready too.
Is my car safe to drive?
This is one of our most common questions. Call us and we'll tell you if it's safe or if you should stop immediately.
